How are online gambling, Rostelecom and the political party of the mayor of Lviv related?

Samopomich is negotiating sponsorship of Sadovoy’s presidential campaign and parliamentary elections by the Russian oligarch, head of Rostelecom, Mikhail Oseevsky. Russian media write about this.
According to them, “Samopomich” in Russia is considered as one of the parties that can get its members into the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Recently, this party has been experiencing problems with financing and is trying to plug “holes in the budget” at the expense of future list members. Those around Sadovoy say that one of the most promising future Samopomich party purses is Maxim Krippa, the organizer of an online casino network.

Krippa receives his main income from gambling, primarily from the company EvoPlay, which is the official operator of the Vulcan casino.

This brand was bought from Russian businessman Oleg Boyko by Maxim Krippa with his long-time partner, American Max Polyakov, who used to be Ukrainian Maxim Polyakov, who made a fortune in dating and erotic web chats.

And although gambling is prohibited both in Russia and Ukraine, the office is openly located in Kyiv at Naberezhno-Pecherskaya, 1. At the same time, Vulcan, CasinoX, JoyCasino and other gambling platforms of Krippa and Polyakov, despite the almighty Roskomnadzor, operate without problems in the territory Russian Federation.

Considering the level of total control over the Russian Internet, this is naturally impossible without a powerful “roof.” She, apparently, is Mikhail Oseevsky, the president of one of the main providers of the Russian Federation - Rostelecom. This provider ignores the prohibitions of Roskomnadzor and provides access to the Krippa-Polyakov online casino.

In this context, one can trace a connection with the Orthodox oligarch Konstantin Malofeev, who from 2010 to 2013 was the main minority shareholder of Rostelecom. Maxim Krippa was called his chief manager for Ukraine.

Today, Krippa, through Oseevsky and Rostelecom (most likely with the support of the Kremlin), is trying, with the help of Samopomich, to bring his own man, Maxim Krippa, into Ukrainian politics, essentially buying him a place on the list of the party of the Lvov mayor in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Ukraine.

Will Andrei Sadovoy be able to resist the temptation to get another Russian wallet in his party? It’s no secret, for example, that Andrei Sadovoy is close to the Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman. Based on this, we can assume that the presence of other Russian money in the Samopomich party coffers will not raise any alarm bells. Probably, these funds can be used for Sadovoy’s participation in the Ukrainian presidential elections in March 2019.

In the short history of Samopomich on the political map of Ukraine, there was already a case when Krippa ran from it for the Kyiv City Council. Then he lost, but at the same time, as some media wrote, Maxim Krippa created an alternative “Self-Help” list and sold passing places on it. A big scandal broke out, but this did not stop Krippa from continuing to “build bridges” between Samopomich and his Russian partners.
