Iranian shahray on the sidelines of Ukrainian rule - who is Ali Reza Rezazadeh?

The Iranian, who has long been victorious to Ukraine as a testing ground for numerical power scams - Ali Reza Rezazade, is free, regardless of numerical fraud. True information about himself is carefully cleared from the margins, but we still managed to find out about the fate of this person in the misappropriation of money, swindling, non-payment of taxes and other evils.

In our country, Ali Reza Rezazada has been around since the early nineties. And having immediately sunk the Ukrainian owners into orbit. From the beginning I became friends with the daughter of the current Minister of Internal Affairs Oleksiy Chistyakov. His nickname has already been forgotten by everyone, but he is one of the closest associates of Vitaly Zakharchenko, the killer of Maidan and Yanukovych’s people. And then having had minor connections with politicians and officials. Rezazade himself, who already has a lot of fate, without paying any special respect to himself, carelessly spins out any schemes.

For the public, he is the Vice President of the National Iranian Congress. Well, this organization is a simple little bulb, created on and off for cover. In fact, Rezazade has long been vibrated by foreign serpents. American publications published an article about him after the Iranians tried to fool local politicians there. Calling yourself a human rights activist, a politician, an investor, and calling yourself a loser to the Iranian throne.

However, the scams of this “investor” and “recessionist” still did not go unnoticed. To understand the style and scale of this activity - and the butt, which has already come to the surface. This is the story about how Rezazade asked the Ukrainian people’s deputy Karpuntsov to contact the US Attorney General. Taking a pittance for your services, you organize a trip to the states. That’s all - there was no acquaintance, obviously.

ali reza razmeshhenie html m46a0851f

This way of earning money is one of Rezazade’s favorites. Be a mediator, pretend to be a great negotiator, demonstrate your services to improve connections between people, impose assistance in a reconciled manner. And all for a great price. Obviously, nutrition - and who was so excited that they could have benefited from the influx of adequate people? But let’s not forget that for the fate of Ukraine, Iranians have not only returned to their homeland until the end of the MVS, and they have made a lot of personal acquaintances. One of these is General Vasil Gritsak, who defeated the Security Service of Ukraine from 2015 to 2019 .

Apparently, Gritsaku Rezazade himself, having removed the special guard from the “Alfie” fighters, began calling himself a intelligence colonel and, at the same time, turned over equipment from the land near Kiev for millions of dollars.

For more than twenty years, the Ukrainian government has not been able to deal with the activities of a swindler. The guilt can be clearly felt in the capital, drugs are in use and the implementation of their schemes continues.

Nothing changed for Ali Reza Rezazada after the outbreak of war from Russia and the large-scale invasion. It seems that no one is complaining that a direct agent of Russia, who has strong connections with large Ukrainian security forces, continues to live in Kiev and closely cooperates with the Ukrainian I am in control.

From the editors of ORD: Rezazade is a unique fruit. He has been circulating in security circles since the 90s thanks to Chistyakov’s daughter. Fake funds “to support law enforcement agencies”, money for acquaintances and to get into the boss’s office. Plus he almost pretends to be an American intelligence officer and allegedly kicks open the doors to the US Embassy in Ukraine. And the end result is a bunch of debts to various respected people. It’s surprising that serious people like Gritsak and other security officials were and are targeting him.

To the point:

WHO EXPOSED THE HEAD OF THE SBU ALI REZAZADE AS AN IDIOT, TURNS OUT TO BE AN INTERNATIONAL FRAUDDER ON TRUST

Continuation of the investigation about the Iranian swindler with a Ukrainian corruption streak -  Ali Reza Rezazadeh . This story began with an accident. From a photo on Facebook in which SBU Chairman Vasily Gritsak stood smiling next to some man of oriental appearance, like the photographer’s tame monkey.

The photo was from a prayer breakfast in Washington, which this year was attended by a record number of various scammers from Ukraine. We didn’t intend to do an article on this topic, we just posted a photo with the question, what kind of money does the head of the SBU fly to Washington with? From what funds does the charity pay for this “breakfast”? And why does he even fly there? Or is Vasya already a big politician? I remember one of his attempts to play politics, when Vasily Sergeevich “established contacts” with French politicians through Syrian scammers Arfushey, ended in a loud scandal. But we digress. As soon as we published this photo, it took off.

Numerous comments appeared under the photo, from which it followed that Vasily Gritsak went to the United States for a prayer breakfast together with a fraudster known throughout Ukraine named  Ali Reza Rezazade . It turned out that Gritsak allocated “Alpha” to Rezazade as his personal guard. From whom? It must be from those to whom he owed it. True, it is not clear why Gritsak spends budget money on the protection of his friend, a fraudster? Moreover, it turned out that if Ali Reza previously presented himself as “the illegitimate son of the Iranian Shah,” now he has already invented a new legend for himself - that he is “the nephew of Trump’s adviser.” And he successfully deceives the Ukrainian “elite” with this legend. Like, for example, deputy Karpuntsov, whom he scammed for money, a trip to the United States and accommodation in a luxury hotel in the hope of meeting the US Attorney General. Naturally, by the time of the “scheduled meeting” the Prosecutor General unexpectedly “left”. But it’s okay for Karpuntsov, half of the current deputies are mentally retarded. But Vasily Gritsak? How can this be, we thought? How did it happen that the recognized “genius of counterintelligence” fell for the swindlers Arfush, then the even greater swindler Rezazadeh?

So, who is Ali Reza Rezazadeh? When and how did he meet Vasily Gritsak and what made them friends and “business partners”? Let’s give the floor to him himself. The biography will be different in different years.

“He speaks Russian, does business in a European way, but still prefers to philosophize in Farsi. Deputy Director of Enran Telekom Ali Reza Rezazadeh has been living in Ukraine for 17 years.

“Actually, I was supposed to study in Germany, but my friends had already settled in Ukraine a year before I entered. And I preferred to be in the same country with them,” says Ali. – Besides, you know, Europeans don’t really like foreigners. But the Ukrainians immediately charmed me with their simplicity.” Almost all of Ali’s Iranian relatives live abroad. Among those who remained in their homeland are only parents. And they spend most of their time in the United Arab Emirates. According to rumors, Ali Reza Rezazadeh is a relative of the deposed Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The Iranian with a Ukrainian passport does not deny these rumors, but refuses to talk about this topic.

“I myself was born and raised under the new government. This choice was made by the people in 1357 according to our calendar. In your opinion, in 1978,” explains Ali. – I don’t get involved in Iranian politics, although, of course, I follow what’s happening there and am very worried. I read news on the Internet, call friends in Tehran.”

Ali calls Ukraine his second homeland, proudly recalling the fact that he is the vice-president of the wrestling association, and the several orders he received from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Like every Ukrainian citizen, he is worried about political instability, permanent elections,  corruption , and the lack of normal roads. An Iranian businessman recently attracted investments from one of the Emirati sheikhs to implement one of the projects for Euro 2012.”

So, I came to Ukraine because friends settled here.

“According to rumors, Ali Reza Rezazadeh is a relative of the deposed Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The Iranian with a Ukrainian passport does not deny these rumors, but refuses to talk about this topic.”

“I don’t get involved in Iranian politics”

Works as Deputy Director of Enran Telekom.

Enran Telekom is a little-known company that received multimillion-dollar contracts from the Ministry of Defense when Gritsenko was Minister of Defense. And also from the SBU. One of the owners is a native of Dnepropetrovsk, the son of the director of Yuzhmash, and now a people’s deputy from BYuT and the organizer of a “prayer group” in the Verkhovna Rada - Mikhail Sokolov. According to rumors, he is a member of some international secret Baptist organization “Brotherhood”, which actually “rules” all the prayer breakfasts in Washington.

The person of Ali Reza Rezazadeh is important in geopolitical circles. Interestingly, he has been living in Ukraine for 25 years. This non-public person does not go on television talk shows or give interviews to glossy magazines. Although dozens of Ukrainian politicians would like to “make friends” with him. A simple and modest person today does perhaps more for Ukraine than the entire Ministry of Foreign Affairs combined. Thanks to his connections, Ali Reza Rezazadeh, a representative of the aristocratic Iranian family, often brings very influential politicians and businessmen from all over the world to Kyiv. He also helps Ukraine establish a dialogue with representatives of the new US leadership.

Some will call it just a happy accident, others - providence.

More than twenty years ago, Iranian Ali Reza Rezazadeh was supposed to go to Germany to study to become a doctor. But on the way I stopped by a friend in Kyiv. “For a week,” Ali recalls. “It stayed that way.” He talks about everything very emotionally. Sometimes during a conversation he gets up and continues to talk, pacing the room with quick steps. First of all, he confesses his love for Ukraine, his second homeland: “Ukraine will be the most successful and happiest country! Many people said that I was crazy, that I was crazy. I will not tire of repeating to everyone - Ukraine will be the most successful and happiest country in Europe, this is not far off. This is a strong country, strong people!”

— I was born in Iran, in the south of Iran. My father is a purebred Persian. We have hundreds of nationalities in Iran: Persians, Turks, Azerbaijanis and others. So, my father is Persian, and my mother has Jewish roots. Mom is a military man. I won’t say what specialty, but he is a very famous military specialist. She worked in the Ministry of Defense all her life. Father is a scientist. There are two brothers in our family. Not exactly a large family, because the parents studied and then pursued careers...

I came to Ukraine by accident - I went to visit a friend for a week and stayed. There was a lot of everything. But in Ukraine I found happiness. I’m a married man. I have a wonderful Ukrainian wife. If it weren’t for her, I don’t know where I would be. Everything I have and everything I do is thanks to my wife. My protection, my support, she prays for me, my beloved Poltava resident. And the second homeland is beloved Ukraine!

While studying in Ukraine, he studied philosophy and information technology. I can’t tell you the details, because this is still classified information.

From this interview it follows that I came to Ukraine by accident because I visited a friend. A little strange. So you came in and were accepted right away?

“While studying in Ukraine, I studied philosophy and information technology. I can’t tell you the details, since this is still classified information.” So where did you study? Some strange study, philosophy and information technology. Although I actually intended to study to become a doctor. “I can’t tell you the details, because this is still classified information.” Can’t tell you details about your studies because the information is still classified? What kind of university is this? KGB school? So they didn’t take foreigners there. More like a banal lie.

According to him, he is already actively involved in Iranian politics and is the vice-president of a certain super-opposition Iranian organization in the United States.

Well, Rezazade does more than the entire Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine... Cool.

And now a little truth. Rezazadeh came to Ukraine in 1992. As a student. We’ll find out the details, but it looks like it’s going to some Odessa university. And he very successfully married the daughter of former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Alexei Chistyakov. He was deputy minister from 1982 to 1992. An interesting detail from Chistyakov’s biography. After retirement, he developed vigorous activity to create numerous “public organizations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.”

“And the founder of the International Anti-Criminal and Anti-Terrorism Forum, the All-Ukrainian Beneficial Fund for the Fight against Drug Addiction “Zakhist”, the head of the Ukrainian-American Community Organization “International Anti-Criminal and Anti-Terrorism Committee.” By becoming a deputy of the Kiev Municipal Municipality for the sake of people’s deputies.” This “International Anti-Crime and Anti-Terrorism Committee” was engaged in awarding the ranks of police generals for money. But from a public organization))). Good business. It must be assumed that it was his father-in-law who introduced young Rezazade to the business of “fixing things” from “public organizations.” Everything was fun. They tell how in those years young Rezazadeh could take money for solving an issue, enter the Ministry of Internal Affairs building with it from one entrance and quietly leave from the second. But more on that later.

Rezazadeh has a whole collection of certificates from various “power public organizations”, including that he was the deputy of the odious Eduard Efimenko from the “Committee for Combating Corruption”.

medvedko efimenko12 1536x1093 1

This is the clown who took pictures with Yanukovych, Medvedko and a bunch of generals from all law enforcement agencies. And he profitably converted it into cash.

During these same years, Rezazadeh realized that “business” can be done not only on fraudulent “fixers” with the security forces, but also on religion. And he becomes an active member of the neo-Protestant Victory Church, headed by a certain black man, Henry Madava. A friend and ally in the field of fraud of another famous black man, Sunday Adelaja. About this swindler who, with the help of ex-mayor of Kyiv Leonid Chernovetsky, robbed tens of thousands of people. And by the way, we wrote a lot to those who raped their parishioners. And in particular, they were mentioned in connection with Sunday and Ali Rezazadeh. We quote "ORD"

We quote "ORD"

“Are you personally acquainted with Bandurchenko and Safonov, the leaders of Kings Capital?

— Yes, Alexander Safonov introduced me to Alexander Bandurchenko. Safonov invested $2 thousand, and a few months later Bandurchenko returned it with huge interest. About three years ago they organized Kings Capital LLC on the domestic market. They accepted deposits from the public, and everything seemed to be going well. The problems started in May last year. A group of consultants to the Pastor of the Embassy of God, Sunday Adelaja, suggested that the company’s activities show signs of a pyramid. Sunday became agitated and asked his colleagues from Protestant churches to analyze the situation.

And then businessman Ali Rezazade, a parishioner of the Victory Church, volunteered to help. Rezazadeh behaved inappropriately and said that he was a former intelligence officer who had the support of influential people from the SBU. At the same time, he constantly stated that Sunday, Bandurchenko and Safonov were being monitored by the Security Service. A group of specialists who performed the audit brought down the balance sheet of Kings Capital. As it turned out, the company had $14 million in raised money and 180 hectares of land in Kyiv and the region. Bandurchenko and Safonov were recommended to sharply reduce interest payments, sell assets and not raise money from investors for 4-6 months.

— Who is Ali Rezazadeh, where did he come from and why did he act on behalf of Adelaja?

Ali Rezazadeh, intimidating Bandurchenko and Safonov SBU, offered them to urgently buy a plot of land from him for $4.5 million. More precisely, 4 hectares of swamp near Obukhov. The deal was completed and the stabilization fund was spent. After this, one financial group was involved in managing the assets of Kings Capital with the approval of Sunday. But for now I can’t say its name...”

Very interesting. Rezazadeh already introduces himself as a colonel. Former "scout"!! He boasts of high connections in the SBU. And he even manages to sell the swamp for $4.5 million. Very interesting. Especially, where did that money go? Because now Ali Rezazadeh owes large sums of money to many people in Ukraine and not only in it. This article was written in 2010. And the events described in it took place in 2005-2009. Rezazade introduced himself as an intelligence colonel and boasted of high connections in the SBU. And do you know who then headed the SBU of the city of Kyiv? You won’t believe it, Vasily Gritsak.

From May 24, 2005 to December 28, 2006, he held the position of head of the Kyiv regional department of the SBU[3].

On December 28, 2006, he was appointed to the position of head of the Kyiv city department of the SBU[3].

Since April 11, 2008, he was the head of the Main Directorate of the SBU in the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region[3].

Since June 4, 2009 - Deputy Chairman of the SBU - Head of the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the Security Service of Ukraine[4].

At first we thought that Gritsak was introduced to Rezazadeh by a strange man named Yuri Tandit. He, like Rezazade, emphasizes his religiosity in every possible way, and is also a representative of the charismatic church. Just like Rezazadeh, he has no biography. Before his appointment to the SBU, he was a kind of “conflict specialist at work.” There is zero other information. Which, in our opinion, means that a person either has something criminal or shameful in his biography, or is a poorly documented spy. But, most likely, Rezazadeh knew Gritsak back in the days of Adelaja. And it is unlikely that Rezazadeh alone “ate” the amount of 4.5 million dollars. Rather, he carried out this transaction for someone else, and he himself took some interest from it. Vasily Sergeevich, weren’t you the one who sold the swamp so successfully? And by the way, what about Adelaja? He is not sitting, so he paid off. I wonder, with whose help and into whose pocket?

By the way, not all people consider Rezazadeh to be a banal fraudster. Some people believe that Ali Reza is a spy infiltrated into the “elite” of Ukraine back in the 90s. This was even reported to the SBU Counterintelligence Department. But, naturally, no one bothered to check the information. At least officially. Because, given the strange closeness of Gritsak and Rezazade, quite definite and unpleasant conclusions arise. About the fact that the current head of the SBU or a Russian spy. Or just an idiot.

By the way, despite the “patriotic” rhetoric that Rezazade now uses abundantly, sometimes outright “cotton wool” slips through. For example, in relation to volunteer battalions.

“I would like to greet all the worthy, respected police officers who are retired today and express my indignation at what is happening now in the Ministry of Internal Affairs system!

Over the 25 years that I lived in Ukraine, I was brought up by serious police officers like General Alexei Nikitovich Chistyakov, the Kingdom of Heaven General Yaroslav Yuryevich Kondratyev and other respected true professionals who devoted their whole lives to the Ministry of Internal Affairs system and under any power they are authorities and no one can talk about them say a bad word!

I really respect (Mikhail Kornienko) Mikhail Vasilyevich Kornienko, he is an example for me of how they say “lyudina” in Ukrainian!!! An authoritative, professional, intelligent person! And also many others whom I will not name. The police that existed before, the real and strong police that solved crimes and the people really respected them, there is nothing left of them anymore! The Ministry of Internal Affairs system was completely destroyed.

This is very dangerous and sad. All professionals were relieved of their positions, and they were replaced... I don’t even want to comment!

It is dangerous to live in our country and walk around the city. Every day they rob, attack, a lot of weapons in the hands of thugs and bandits! Legalized gang formations called a security company or patriots or some battalions! Just complete chaos! As the first vice president of the international diplomatic mission, I will speak about this at an international conference in Strasbourg, Brussels and Washington, because I see that no one hears the cry from the soul of those professionals who have become unsuccessful and thrown out onto the street.

During the revolution, I was on the Maidan from the first day, I escorted journalists and people from the European Parliament to the Maidan and did a broadcast! I firmly believed that everything would change for the better in Ukraine! When  Yanukovych did not sign the agreement about the Association in Vilnius, our team blocked the work of the embassy in Lithuania and in dozens of European countries that day! Now disappointment: why did you spend so much effort, money, risk your health and life, for what? Well, as the people say: “It’s possible, it’s possible,” something needs to be done about it. Everyone knows, even the minister himself says that reform in the Ministry of Internal Affairs is unjustified. Am I interested further? Well, the reform is unjustified, then what proposal will be next! How to get out of this situation? To be honest, I can’t find an answer for myself! I am ready to raise this issue through my friends, authoritative members of the European Parliament! Maybe they can help with something! In general, if we don’t do anything ourselves, Europe and America will not help us! I’m just speaking my thoughts out loud!”

In general, we are a gullible people. We need to be tougher

To the point:

The name of this man is well known in the circles of officials, politicians and social activists. The strangest thing is that he successfully manages to deceive not only the Chairman of the SBU Vasily Gritsak, but even the US Embassy in Ukraine, where they say he is a frequent guest. Although, if the US Embassy staff had carried out a minimal check on this person, they would have seen the extremely dubious “reputation” and outright toxicity of this character. ORD journalists met with people who know the active Iranian first-hand.

Readers contacted the editor, surprised by the information that appeared in the media: the head of the SBU, Vasily Gritsak, went to a prayer breakfast in Washington, accompanied by a man named Ali Reza Rezazadeh. The foreign name, which means nothing to the common man, is, however, well known in certain circles. And the attitude towards him is very ambiguous.

The Iranian expatriate advertises himself as the first vice president of the National Iranian Congress, an international figure helping our officials establish ties with America. In 2017, one of the media outlets, preceding an interview with Ali, even wrote that he, “a simple and modest person,” does “perhaps more for Ukraine than the entire Ministry of Foreign Affairs combined.”

To Ali’s new acquaintances, Reza Rezazadeh is introduced either as an illegitimate son, or as the nephew of the Iranian Shah, and, more recently, as the nephew of Trump’s adviser. People whom fate encountered with Ali do not deny his charm and persuasiveness, but admit that it cost them a lot of money. Including officials and politicians, whom Rezazadeh promised to bring closer to the top officials of the States, but paid meetings invariably fell through.

According to rumors, many stories based on great combinations are associated with the name of Ali Reza Rezazadeh. ORD became interested in this character and decided to conduct its own investigation. We managed to find people who encountered Rezazadeh at different times, but with the same conclusions.

Dates for revolution

Lawyer Konstantin Bedovoy, like many others, met Ali Reza Rezazadeh by chance.

– We met at my old friend’s birthday party. I didn’t even know his (Ali’s) name back then. To me it was just a guy whose mouth wouldn’t shut. He said that he was a world champion in MMA (a type of fighting without rules. - Ed.), some other things that were so absurd and stupid that I asked my friend: does he use something, what’s wrong with this guy? He says so much and strangely that it set my teeth on edge. The friend replied that he didn’t know, it was a random person.

The second time Konstantin saw Ali Reza Rezazadeh was on the Maidan. Bedovoy had a Resistance Headquarters badge on his chest. The Iranian rushed to him as if he were his own: “Brother, hello!”

“Although we were barely acquainted, we greeted each other twice,” notes our interlocutor.

Ali said that he wanted to help Maidan - to bring dates.

“I answered: please, any help to the Maidan is accepted.” And he brought a minibus of dates, which were unloaded into the kitchen in the House of Trade Unions. From that moment on, Ali appeared tightly in my life and did not want to leave it,” says Konstantin. “He tried to give gifts, talked about some strange topics, he hung around all the time, offering semi-legal, illegal things. I tried to talk to him several times: guy, behave normally, don’t say stupid things, don’t make criminal proposals, don’t talk badly about people.

According to Kostya Bedovoy, Ali loved to talk nasty things about different people, discuss their health, finances, personal life, business, political prospects, and spread gossip and rumors. He also had a habit of turning on the speakerphone and demonstratively talking on the phone while sitting at the table.

“Give me a million, give me a million!”

“I made repeated comments, but it didn’t help. The guy kept coming and coming,” recalls Bedovoy. – Once again he came to me and asked for a loan of $20,000 - literally for a week. I called my friend, at whose birthday I first met Mr. Ali Reza Rezazadeh. He asked what he was and said that he was asking for money. To which he replied: he owes it to my relative and does not give it back. This is a person who is not trustworthy, who has deceived many people, who does not return money. Under various pretexts he begs, then even submits statements that he is being extorted...

The lawyer also recalls that Ali Reza Rezazadeh constantly brought and offered documents that supposedly allowed him to be admitted somewhere.

(According to Bedovoy’s lawyer, Ali Reza Rezazade sold such certificates)

– I didn’t need it (shows samples. – Ed.). But I wanted law enforcement agencies to figure out what it is,” notes Konstantin Bedovoy. – As far as I know, he sold these documents, such sets were sold to people.

Great-nephew of the Shah

The turning point in the relationship was Ali Reza Rezazadeh’s visit to Bedovoy’s office.

“One of my good comrades was there - a military pilot, retired colonel Nikolai Chernyavsky. He cried out: “This is a scoundrel, a bastard, hold him!”

After explaining to his friend, Konstantin forbade the guards to let the annoying Iranian through. And he wrote to Ali via SMS that he no longer wanted to communicate with him.

“It turned out that many, different people were deceived by this man. I know this from my loved ones and comrades. I have no debts, enmity, common business, or controversial issues with him. I want to warn society; I have no other goal. By the way, this guy seemed to me to be either a nephew or a great-nephew of the Shah of Iran. Such a strange and absurd character. Be careful!

Son-in-law of the Deputy Minister

ORD managed to contact military pilot Nikolai Chernyavsky, who is now retired. He confirmed that he knew Ali Reza Rezazadeh. They first met in 1994 through a friend whom Rezazadeh promised to help with dating at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Iranian said that he was married to the daughter of General Chistyakov - at that time the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“He showed a book in which there was a photograph of the deputy minister, showed his daughter, whom he is married to. Of course, we didn’t check this,” recalls Nikolai Chernyavsky.

Then, in 1994, Ali Reza Rezazadeh said that retired generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and people close to them created an organization that opened branches in all cities.

– This is both a security company and protection of the population and business. They issued certificates and wanted to create their own cells in each city and work under a business protection program. I listened and it seemed fine. We went with our friends.

The office was located on Vladimirskaya Street in the center of Kyiv. The walls of the room were decorated with general’s uniforms, and the visitors were greeted by “guys” of considerable age. They had a lot of aplomb. They said that city mayors could be brought in the trunk of a car to Kyiv to teach them how to run a business. When it came to the organization’s IDs, it turned out that each ID costs 1.5 thousand dollars.

“We have long arms”

“I realized it was a scam and refused.” I wanted to leave, but as soon as I left the office, they immediately called me into another office and began to say with threats: you don’t know where you came, serious people are sitting here, all generals, and you listened and are already leaving... No, it’s not like that from here leaving! In a word, they threatened,” recalls Nikolai Chernyavsky. “And my comrades who remained in the first office were persuaded in this way.” They paid the money, they were told that they would now issue IDs, and they would leave Kyiv as completely different people.

Leaving the office, the pilot told his friends that he did not believe in the idea. And by telephone I contacted an acquaintance of the police general, who, after his resignation, was responsible for the security service at one of the banks. He confirmed that the situation looked like a deception, and volunteered to personally check it. Ali Reza Rezazadeh’s car, followed by his friends, stopped near the Ministry of Internal Affairs building on Bogomolets, 10. The Iranian himself called someone and went through the checkpoint into the courtyard of the department.

Focus with two outputs

“The general tells us: “Guys, there is a second exit, I give you 100 percent that it will come out, go there.” My two comrades went, and sure enough, Ali came out. The guys are not frail, they are two meters tall, one of them is an athlete. They grab him by the scruff of the neck and - give me the money!

But under Ali Reza Rezazade there was no more money. If it were not for the experienced general, his friends would not have seen him. After subterfuge and even threats, the Iranian agreed to give up the dollars, but cried that it was his own, personal. It’s a shame to take it away from the generals, they say. When the deceived ones somehow returned their savings, threats rained down on them again: you will see our strength!

“The guys, although hefty, asked: take us out of Kyiv, because we are afraid,” recalls Nikolai Chernyavsky. “They don’t seem weak, but I don’t want any trouble.” Then there was still the Borispol circle, I took them to the circle...

“If you want, he’ll sing for $5000”

Nikolai also recalls how in October 2008 he was invited to a friend’s birthday party. The holiday was held in a forest clearing; famous people were among the guests. At some point, the Ukrainian opera star Vladimir Grishko drove up in a $-class Mercedes and with him... Ali Reza Rezazadeh!

– Grishko introduced him as his best friend and went to sing. Ali is back. Like, Kolya, this and that, I have connections here... Here you go, Grishko - he’ll sing for you for 5 thousand dollars. This was our second meeting,” the pilot recalls.

The third also happened by accident. Nikolai Chernyavsky went to see a friend at one of the political headquarters, and the Iranian was already there.

“He presented himself as an international specialist with some connections. Like America, I didn’t really listen, but I was interested,” says the pilot. – The suit is ironed, the things are expensive. I watched him for two hours, he behaved as if he had been at this headquarters for a hundred years, he knew everyone.

When Nikolai began to ask what kind of person behaves so in his own way, it turned out that no one knew the Iranian.

We continue the investigation started by one of the Ukrainian publications.

ATO fighter: “The help for the military that Ali Reza Rezadeh collects never reaches them”

We continue to explore the path of the first vice-president of the National Iranian Congress, Ali Reza Rezadeh, who shuttles between Ukraine and America, passionately strengthening business ties, and diligently moving in political and bureaucratic circles. It turned out that he is not only an international figure, the illegitimate son and nephew of crowned heads, but also a supplier of valuable cargo and a collector of aid for ATO fighters. True, we were unable to find people who received real support or benefits from Ali.

But there were those who sincerely want to warn: be vigilant with his adventures! “When I spoke to him in Farsi, he immediately changed the subject.” Former military man Alexander Ivanov worked as part of the diplomatic services, including at the Ukrainian Embassy in Iran. He met Ali Reza Rezazadeh, like many others, by chance - in the office of his friend. “He introduced himself to me as Ali Pahlavi, the illegitimate son of Shah Pahlavi. But after I spoke to him in Farsi, he immediately changed the topic, stopped introducing himself as Ali Reza Pahlavi, and simply said that he worked in Ukraine - representing the interests of some business circles. We exchanged a few words about Iran - the peculiarities of the country, history, and that was the end of our short conversation.

Alexander recalls that after a quick acquaintance, Ali still appeared in his orbit. In particular, a diplomat from another state asked for a recommendation, to whom the Iranian introduced himself as an influential person in Ukraine, who knew a lot of politicians and was ready to solve all problems. - I expressed my opinion - he is an outright adventurer. Because in the first conversation he lied about little things like a man who should know his country. When Ali found out that I was going to work at the embassy in Iran, he offered his services. Like, I’ll put you in touch with the right people. I refused and did not communicate with him anymore. Suspiciously aware However, Alexander recently found out that the “illegitimate son of the crowned head” continues his vigorous activity. “In the course of communicating with friends, and I have a wide circle, I find out that he visits the offices of high-ranking officials, that he created a fictitious international organization and distributes certificates,” says Ivanov. “Against the backdrop of recent difficult events, he discredits people with such an acquaintance.

This is an adventurous person. The military man also draws attention to the fact that Ali Reza Rezazadeh is strangely aware of the details of the work of the special services of Ukraine, ingratiates himself with the trust of officials, and appears with them in public places and at various events. “I would like it to be noticed and assessed,” concludes Alexander Ivanov. Blackmail by an influential brother ATO participant Mikhail Pomogailo, deputy commander of the “St. Mary” battalion, met the hero of our investigation in 2008. — I would like to talk about Ali Reza, a top-flight swindler. He represented a diplomatic association and invited me to cooperate with him - to transport funds under the guise of European Union documents. I don’t need it, I refused,” Mikhail recalls. – Then I met Ali in 2016.

He offered to get a visa to America. I refused again, I know that you can’t get an American visa for money. Ali insisted that he would lobby for a quick solution to the issue, and for this he asked for 10 thousand dollars, which I did not have. Having fought off the annoying subject, Mikhail encountered him again a year later. Pomogailo already had an American visa, which he received without any patronage. His family was in the States at that time. “When he found out about this, he said: if I don’t give him $10,000, he will contact his brother in America, who represents the interests of Iran there. He is a deputy prosecutor, an adviser, and cooperates with the FBI... My brother will allegedly inform the embassy, and my visa will be revoked. I didn’t believe it, but when I flew to the USA on December 1, 2017, they didn’t put me on the flight, arguing that I had to contact the American embassy again. Security to help According to Mikhail Pomogailo, Ali Reza Rezazadeh appears to be nothing less than an adviser to Trump, an employee of all possible intelligence services. “He offers to buy his association’s certificates, which allow the cargo to be transported to Europe, by any means necessary. “He sells these IDs for $5,000,” our interlocutor claims. “I received information that Ali Reza Rezazadeh wrote a statement against me to the SBU saying that I am a terrorist and want to destroy him. For the FSB to carry out a terrorist attack. Complete nonsense! Pomogailo believes that the Iranian needed the application in order to receive free security.

And indeed, according to our information, Alpha employees are assigned to Ali Reza Rezazadeh. A trap for politicians - I fought against Russia for more than a year, I am the deputy commander of the “St. Mary” battalion. I want to warn you: avoid Rezazade by the tenth road! – concludes Mikhail. — Under the guise of the fact that there is a war in Ukraine, he collects funds in America to help ATO fighters, which does not reach them. Thanks to the fact that he is in America, Ali lures Ukrainian politicians there. Offers them very serious meetings with American diplomats. Which, of course, doesn’t happen. But he takes money for bringing people and promises to lobby for their issues. But this lobbying ends with drinking in restaurants. And the next day it turns out that everyone has left, and that he can’t help anyone now.
